Q2：What if I don't know how to install the screen?
1. We will provide your details drawing for installation led screen, But you need provide us on-site picture for installation place, and we can guide on line.
2. Training 2 people in the factory.
3. We can send our engineers to your country to guide how to install the screen.
Q3：What is the minimum order quantity?
Qty: 1 unit. Different order quantity different price.
Q4：I would like to ask you if it's possible to have my logo on the product.

Q5：What if I don't know how to maintain the screen?
We will provide you the operation manual, software when you place the order and also we can remote to help you to adjust the software by teamviwer.
Q6：How to deliver the my goods?
It denpens on your budget and time you need the led screen. Regularly, if the quantity is less, we guggest to deliver by air, otherwise by sea to save the costs.
Q7：How about your warranty?
We provide 5 year warranty for all of our products and supply life-time maintenance.
Q8：What kind of packaging do you provide?
We provide flight case, wooden case and carton.
Q9：How long will it take me to get the product?
We will send the goods as quick as possible, but oftenly it will take 1-2 weeks to get the goods according to the distance ,and some other necessary processes.

We have ISO9001 Quality Control certification. Also CE/ROHS/FCC/CCC etc for different countries’ market.
